Finca with open views to the mountains, the sea and Sierra Bermeja, located in Estepona, Costa del Sol, Andalusia, Malaga.

When we arrive at the property we access through an electric gate to a large parking area.

The villa is built on one floor with very high ceilings in all rooms and distributed as follows:

We enter through an Andalusian-style patio which leads directly to the access door to the house, here we have a spacious living room with a fireplace and wooden beams, with an exit door to the terraces, a large fully furnished open kitchen, a large dining area with a double glass door which leads to a covered terrace built with wooden beams and which is in the entire front area of the house with views of the garden and the swimming pool.

The large master bedroom has a fully equipped ensuite bathroom, ceiling with wooden beams, wooden parquet floors and a dressing room.  In the other wing of the house we have a corridor that leads to two bedrooms with wooden parquet floors and a complete bathroom which share the two bedrooms.

There is also an attic built of wood that is climbed up some stairs that are on the left side of the living room, a room used as a laundry room with an area to hang clothes.

This finca of Estepona is accessed through a paved road., the plot is fenced with masonry walls and wire fence, there is a large pool with barbecue area, bar and a small room with a toilet, there is a beautiful mature garden surrounding the entire house, different fruit trees on the plot and a water pond for ducks and a chicken coop.



This rustic finca is located 5 minutes by car from the city of Estepon with all kind of services, 7 minutes from the sea, 25 minutes from Marbella and 45 minutes from Malaga airport
