Caleta de Vélez is on the eastern part of the Costa del Sol and it is the most important fishing port in the province of Malaga.  You can enjoy the marina with its restaurants, bars and promenade that reaches Mezquitilla towards the east and Torre del Mar to the west.  This property is on the highest area of the town, in an urbanisation of independent houses.  A very positive aspect is the privacy of the house, because the plot only borders on a neighbour.  To the northeast is the Baviera golf course and to the west is the street; very quiet and with very little traffic.  The villa consists of a main house on one level and a guest apartment in the pool and garden area.  The main house has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, two bathrooms -one ensuite in the main bedroom-, and a television room that could be a fourth bedroom if you wanted.  At the back of the house you go down to the pool and garden area.  Here there is a large kitchen, two outdoor dining areas, the guest apartment - with one bedroom, living room and bathroom -, two storage rooms and a garage.
