Start your own yoga, holistic, spiritual or other retreat (or even a community) in Andalusia. Keep in mind, you will not find a better option in the entire region for this purpose. Because, with a total of 9 single rooms for rent, a manager's house with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a staff studio, restaurant, professional kitchen, bar and another prefab house with two bedrooms, the foundation has been laid for a specific tourist accommodation. Add to that the facilities for the target group such as an indoor Shala (65m²), 2 therapy rooms, a yoga platform on the mountain and a fantastic saltwater swimming pool. Oh yes, almost forgot to tell you that the icing on the cake is the incredible view over the valley, Lake Viñuela and ... the Mediterranean Sea. The breathtaking view is visible from every room, the Shala, the sun terrace by the pool, and virtually everywhere on the premises.
The complex is built up as a small Andalusian village, a real pueblo blanco. Narrow corridors, beautiful stairs, a real patio and a mature garden (all organic) with the most beautiful flowers, plants and trees.
The current owners have been operating it as a yoga retreat for the past few years, renting out the entire complex to yoga teachers from all over the world. These provided their own program and could enjoy 3 meals a day served by the managers. For a retreat, this complex is ideal. Mind you, if you want to run a B&B here, the 9 rooms (single) in particular are not ideal. However, these are easy to convert into 6 double rooms or 3 apartments. (see last 3 pictures)
The Shala and the adjacent therapy rooms can also be used as extra rental space or even living space with a few minor adjustments. All buildings have central heating, but no air conditioning. This has been a conscious choice of the current owners. Their commercial activities did not take place in the winter, only 5 months a year, but with a high occupancy rate and turnover.
Storage spaces are available at various locations on the 10,000 m² site. In addition, there is a water deposit of 25,000 m3 (there is regular city water) and solar panels for the hot water in the bathrooms. There is a Casa Rural permit for 11 people.
