Velez Malaga with its subtropical climate is the perfect location for this plantation.   Coastal town Torre del mar is only 15 minutes' drive away.   Malaga airport can be reached within 40 minutes as well as Malaga city centre.

Fully renovated loft-style finca, high-quality materials were used during the renovation.

The plantation installation and machinery are completely up to date, have an automated irrigation system, new pipes to all trees, new machines for harvesting and tree maintenance.  

The plantation has its own water source with a storage tank of 1 million liters of water.
