This very nice apartment is located right on the Dona Julia golf course.  It has a very nice terrace with sun all day and great views of the mountains, the golf course and the sea.  The apartment is new, fresh and stylishly furnished and decorated.

For the golfer, this is the perfect vacation rental! Even if you would not be interested in golf, the apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing setting with panoramic views, a large saltwater pool below the terrace and there is also a very nice pool area with sunbeds and sea views here too.

The apartment consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa (sofabed 2 beds), TV (with 187 different channels) and also a small workplace .There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a bathroom with bath tub (hydro massage) ensuite and own exit to the terrace.  There is another bathroom with massage shower.

Even though the apartment resides in a quiet and peaceful place up in the hills, it only takes 5 minutes by car down to the nearest beach, where you will find the popular beach restaurants La Sal and Bahia Beach.  On the way down to the beach you pass a very good restaurant Venta La Chosa.

There is a lot to see and experience in the area.  Nearest town (5-6 minutes by car) San Luis de Sabinillas, has the charm of a typical Spanish town, with a nice promenade lined with bars and restaurants.  In Sabinillas you can also visit a traditional market every Sunday morning and every Friday there is a smaller market at the boardwalk.  Just next to Sabinillas is popular Puerto de la Duquesa, considered one of the best marinas at Costa del Sol.  In the marina you can book boat and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars.  A short walk from the marina there is a 17th century fortress in the small and quaint village of Castillo de la Duquesa - once a big Roman fishing village.  Here you will also find a range of very good restaurants.  Just 15 minutes from the apartment is Estepona, a very nice Spanish town where, for example, the "old town" with its pedestrian streets lined with geraniums in multicolored pots is something one would not want to miss.

There are a wide range of golf courses nearby, if you want to try other courses than Dona Julia, for example Finca Cortesin, ranked as the top 5 of golf courses in Spain according to Golf World Magazine.  There are of course great opportunities to practice a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking.  For the hiking enthusiasts there are great opportunities, especially in the mountains you will find many routes with nice nature experiences and panoramic views.  If you rent a car, take the chance of visiting the amazing old mountain village of Casares (20 minutes from Sabinillas).  Up in the mountains you can easily find a genuine Spanish restaurant where the locals often have their long Sunday lunches.
